Luncheon: Josh Fletcher (’02)

For our May 9th Luncheon at the WAC, we are fortunate to have speaker Josh Fletcher ST Class of 2002 of FletchCo, LLC.

Josh has cultivated an impressive array of multifamily projects from his university days of starting a lodge in South Africa to his Seattle portfolio of condominium conversions, new construction and focus of re-positioning older multifamily stock in core Seattle sub-markets.

Over the past 15 years, Josh has built a reputation for acquisition, rehab and development of quality real estate assets totaling over $100 million in the Seattle area. Josh is currently on the front lines of the changing housing demographic of the city and active in the “Micro” housing movement everyone has been seeing in the news. His latest acquisition next to Seattle University has 40 units in 6 levels averaging 176 sqft per unit and his last sale was for an entitled development site in Capitol Hill that set records per net rent sqft in the history of MR zoning.

Josh will tell us about some of these most recent projects, his views on the local market, and his keys to successful real estate investment in Seattle.
